This is a sacred invitation to come back home to yourself — gently, safely, and on your own terms.
Sacred Reconnection for the Silenced is a free distance Reiki offering designed for women who are healing from the invisible wounds of emotional suppression, burnout, feeling unseen, and being silenced — whether by others, or within their own inner dialogue.
Whether you've navigated emotionally harmful relationships, silencing systems, or the exhausting pressure to “hold it all together,” this space is for you — to soften, to breathe, and to reconnect.
🌱 Who This Is For 🌱
This offering is for you if you are:
🌱A woman who feels emotionally shut down, unseen, or spiritually disconnected — and is ready to reconnect with her true self.
🌱A survivor of domestic violence, emotional manipulation, or past trauma (safely out of the situation) who is ready to rebuild her relationship with trust, safety, and self-worth.
🌱Nurses, caregivers, or professional healers who give everything and are now feeling depleted, disconnected, or deeply fatigued — longing to receive as much as they give.
🌱Someone who is ready to heal her relationship with receiving, softness, and feminine flow after years of survival mode or living in masculine energy.
🌱A woman navigating a life transition (heartbreak, family dynamics, career change) who craves clarity, peace, and the strength to detach with grace.
🌱 Someone seeking not just “healing,” but alignment: feeling safe in her body, connected to her intuition, and magnetic in her energy.

Hello My Name is..
Shantell — a Nurse & Reiki Practitioner.
I’ve journeyed through childhood abuse, domestic violence, toxic workplaces, burnout, and deep emotional silencing — especially as a Black woman navigating systems & relationships that were never built for my thriving.
But I’m still here. Still rising. Still soft. Still sacred.
Along the way, I’ve learned how to release survival mode, rebuild trust in myself, and lean into the beauty of receiving, softness, and feminine energy. I’ve learned how to set boundaries without guilt, detach with grace, and reclaim my worth in spaces that tried to make me shrink.
I created this offering to share what I’ve lived, what I’ve healed, and what I’m still embodying — about self-trust, spiritual realignment, nervous system softness, and remembering who you are beneath the pain.
You don’t have to heal alone. And you don’t have to stay silent.

💫 What’s Included💫
Each participant will receive a Free 3-Session Distance Reiki Package, which includes:
💫Intro Call (15-20 min) — a gentle conversation to learn more about each other and set intentions
💫3 Virtual Reiki Sessions (60 mins each) — live over Zoom. Full sessions include:
🌱Gentle opening (about 10-15 min): intention-setting, a quick check-in, and energy focus for the session
🌱The Reiki session (about 30-35 min): quiet distance energy healing, with both video on or off options available for your comfort
🌱Reflection/integration (about 10-15 min): a few minutes afterward to share insights or feelings and close the session with grounding support
Each session includes intention-setting, a full-distance Reiki experience, and gentle reflection — all held within a spacious 60-minute container. Crafted with compassion and energetic safety, each session honors your pace, your presence, and your power. You are in control at all times, and you are never rushed
Your voice is not lost — it’s waiting for you in the quiet, sacred spaces of your own healing
💖 Why It’s Free💖
This offering is completely free because it’s rooted in service, alignment, and soulful reciprocity. I’m currently deepening my path as a Reiki practitioner and moving toward Reiki Master Teacher certification. By saying yes to this experience, you're not only receiving support on your healing journey — you're also supporting mine.
In return, I simply ask for honest feedback and reflections after your sessions — either through a short testimonial or private message. Your words, your presence, and your trust are the exchange. If you’ve received healing, clarity, or even a moment of peace, I invite you to share it with others who might also be searching for light.
The only other “requirement” is this:

To keep this space safe, intentional, and energetically aligned:

🌿 You must be out of the abusive relationship or harmful environment (not in active crisis)
🌿 Sessions are offered online only via Zoom
🌿Must be open to follow-up reflection and gentle communication after sessions
🌿 Sessions are not trauma therapy or medical advice
